Part 1: Reservation Deposit & Exclusive Benefits

To successfully secure bookings for your customized itinerary and essential travel resources (such as hotels, attraction tickets, high-speed train tickets, flights, etc.), a deposit is required at the time of reservation. This fee will be fully deducted from your total trip cost.

Premium Private Customized Services: Based on your group size, travel dates, and preferred destinations, we will blueprint a seamless, one-stop private customized tour package for you, which includes:

• Professional Guiding: Licensed, professional English-speaking tour guides providing dedicated service throughout your entire journey.

• All-Inclusive Ticketing: All main admission tickets for scenic areas and essential internal resort/shuttle transportation fees.

• Private Transportation: Dedicated, comfortable, and fully compliant private vehicle services for all your transfers and travel.

• Accommodation & Dining: Premium hotel reservations tailored to your standards and curated local culinary recommendations.

Part 2: Contract Signing & Final Payment

Upon your arrival in China, we will proceed with the following standardized steps to ensure a transparent, legally secure, and worry-free travel experience:

1. Contract Review: We will jointly review a formal, standard travel contract detailing your complete itinerary, hotel standards, ticketing inclusions, and comprehensive travel agency liability insurance.

2. Formal Agreement: Once you have reviewed and approved all terms and conditions, we will officially sign the legally binding travel contract.

3. Final Payment: The remaining balance of your tour will only be processed and settled after the contract has been mutually signed and takes effect.

   • 专业导游： 行程中安排正规、专职的英语导游，为您提供全程随行的高品质导览服务。

   • 门票全包： 包含行程内所有游玩景点的首道大门票，以及景区内必需的景交车/接驳车等交通工具费用。

   • 专车服务： 全程提供安全合规、舒适度高的专属专车接送及全程随行用车服务。

   • 酒店与美食： 严格按照您的标准预订高品质酒店，并提供深度挖掘的地方特色美食推荐。

   第二部分：签署合同与尾款支付

   您抵达中国后，我们将通过以下规范化流程，切实保障您的合法权益，让您享受无忧、透明且合法的旅行体验：

   1. 共同核对： 我们将与您共同复核一份正式、标准的旅游合同，其中包含完整行程安排、酒店标准、景点门票包含项及旅行社责任险等所有明细。

   2. 正式签约： 在您确认所有合同条款无误并表示认可后，我们将正式签署具有法律效力的旅游合同。

   3. 支付尾款： 只有在合同正式签署生效后，才会进行最终的尾款结算。
